We use your data to provide and improve our services, process payments, send transactional emails (invoices and account notifications), respond to support requests, and analyze usage patterns to enhance the platform. We never sell your data to third parties.

Your data is stored on servers located within the European Union. We use industry-standard encryption (TLS/SSL) for all data in transit and at rest. Access to personal data is restricted to authorized personnel only.

We use trusted third-party providers to deliver our services: Stripe for payment processing and Hetzner for hosting. Each provider has their own privacy policy and we only share the minimum data necessary.

We retain your account data for as long as your account is active. Billing records are kept for seven years as required by Swedish law. You may request deletion of your account at any time by contacting support.
